Jack Wills - Senior Sales Assistant
September 2015 - present
I am a senior sales assistant, I mainly work on the till because I am the most experienced in that aspect. I train people in on the tills as well as how to deal with customers 'The Wills Way'. I am usually the person staff members come to if there is a problem before escalating it to management. I also helped plan and execute the 'Buddy system' which paired different senior staff with the new temporary staff to show them the ropes. This allowed me to help a new staff memeber on a personal level. It also gave me an insight into how to navigate challanging situations.
In April 2019, I won the Shining Star employee across all of the Jack Wills Stores, which was based on my hardwork, training of employees, expertise in sales and just being a genuinely enthusiastic while in the store.

EndGames escape rooms - Manager and Shareholder

Endgames Escape Rooms- Marketing and Shareholder This was a joint venture both myself and my brother commenced in the middle of last year. AMOSS Solicitors - Intern
January 2016 - September 2016
I worked as a part time intern during college. I was unsure whether I wanted to go into law after college. I read over documents and leases because I was based in the property law section. I was allowed to oversee different projects and visit the sites that were related to them. What this experience gave me was an insight into a different aspect of learning and it has allowed me to use this knowledge in a practical sense.

Chicago Paddle Co. - Instructor
May 2018 - September 2018
I spent my summer in Chicago and worked in the Chicago Paddle Company. I taught lessons every weekend and also watched over events such as the 4th of July event which included firework paddles and full moon paddles.
I qualified for my first aid training and it was used on more than one occasion. I had a perfect job, I worked on the beach with my friends, I was able to deal with so many different nationalities and cultures, I learned the challanged faced when running your own business which was invaluable.
